Educate yourself about vegetarian and vegan diets with UGA Family and Consumer Sciences Agent Barbara Worley.


In this one-hour program, you'll learn about different types of diets, alternative sources of nutrients found in meat, and possibilities for life-long use of plant-based nutrition. Participate in interactive meal plan activities following the presentation.


The Farm to Table series is presented by UGA Extension and is intended for adults. Advance registration is required.
