Aspiring children's authors, mark your calendars because you don't want to miss this opportunity to talk with two authors and two publishers and learn more about moving your book through the publishing process.

Authors Shanda McCloskey and Kristy Hamby will discuss the writing process and their experience with publishing. Publishers Angela DeCaires and Steve Floyd will discuss the differences between independent and traditional publishing, as well as tips for navigating the publishing business.

Questions from the audience will be welcomed in this panel-style discussion of writing and publishing.

Forsyth Writes Together is sponsored by the Forsyth County Public Library Friends & Advocates. Shop the Friends Bookstores at the Cumming, Post Road, and Sharon Forks libraries.
