We just received word that a very special visitor will attend this ScienceTellers performance of Aliens: Escape from Earth!
Georgia's School Superintendent, Richard Woods, will visit the Cumming Library shortly before the performance begins to talk with patrons about the importance of reading over the summer to prevent the "summer slide" in Georgia students.
Superintendent Woods will deliver hundreds of books for preschool through high school readers as a donation to Forsyth County Public Library. A portion their contribution will be given to patrons attending the Science Tellers performance at 11:00 a.m.
