Receive free health screenings from Northside Hospital Forsyth!

Screening includes cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, BMI, osteoporosis, cancer risk, and sleep and coronary risk screenings. 

Registration is required and opens Wednesday, January 29 at 9:00 a.m. Registration closes Thursday, February 20. This program is for adults, ages 18+. 

This program is sponsored by the Forsyth County Public Library Friends & Advocates.
