Here are the supplies and ingredients you'll need:

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Oven or toaster oven
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 cups almonds
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
